Le Palais d'été à Pekin

Le Palais d'Eté de Pekin a été aménagé en 1750 par l'empereur Qianlong comme résidence pour sa mère. Ce palais était la résidence estivale des empereurs, d'où ils gouvernaient.
L'ensemble du jardin est construit sur la base de magnifiques scènes s'intégrant au cadre naturel, comme cela se fait dans les grands jardins en Chine du Nord, mais avec la grâce des jardins du sud de la Chine.
Le Palais d'été est inscrit sur la liste du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO.

The Summer Palace in Beijing was built in 1750 by Emperor Qianlong as a residence for his mother. This palace was the summer residence of the emperors, from where they handled state affairs.
The whole garden, was built on the basis of a beautiful natural scene, integrating the grand characteristic of the gardens in North China with the gracefulness of the gardens in South China.
The Summer Palace was inscribed on the World Heritage List of UNESCO.
