Bienvenue à Wigan en Angleterre ! Wigan est une ville près de Manchester au nord ouest de l'Angleterre. Pendant la révolution industrielle Wigan est devenu une ville connue pour son moulin.
La carte montre, dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montreen partant d'en haut à gauche : le moteur du Moulin Trencherfield, de l'art public, de nouveau le moteur du Moulin Trencherfield Mill et le Wigan Pier.
Le Moulin Trencherfield était une filature permanente de coton sur le canal Leeds-Liverpool. Il a été construit en 1907. Les moteurs ont été appelés Rina et Helen. Ils ont été arrêtés en 1968. Il fait maintenant partie de la zone de réaménagement appelée Wigan Pier.
Welcome in Wigan in England! Wigan is a city near Manchester at Noth-West of England. During the Industrial Revolution Wigan subsequently became known as a major mill town.

Trencherfield Mill is a cotton spinning mill standing on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal. It was built in 1907. The engines were called Rina and Helen. The engine was stopped in 1968. It is now part of the Wigan Pier redevelopment area.
