Taipei 101 est un gratte-ciel situé à Taipei, Taiwan. Le building était officillement le plus haut du Monde entre 2004 et l'ouverture du Burj Khalifa à Dubai en 2010. Taipei 101 a été conçu par C.Y. Lee & partners et construit par KTRT Joint Venture.
Taipei 101 compte 101 étages, d'où son nom.
Il a détenu le records de la plus haute structure architecturale: 509,2 metres (439,2 m jusqu'au dernier étage occupé).
Il fut le premier building a franchir le cap du demi-kilomètre.
Le record est maintenant détenu par le Burj Khalifa à Dubai: 828 m.
