Le mémorial, appelé "monument du millenium", a été construit en 1896, anniversaire des 1000 ans de la Hongrie. Le monument se compose de deux parties, une droite et une gauche, agrémentées par des statues et au centre se dresse une colonne corinthienne de 36 mètres de haut au sommet de laquelle trone l'Archange Gabriel.

In 1896, when the country of Hungary ended 1000 years of existence, the memorial, which was called 'Millennium Monument', was designed to symbolize this historical moment. The monument consists of two columns, one right and one left, accompanied by statues and among them stands a Corinthian column of up to 36 meters high and on top of it stands the Angel Gabriel.
