Aujourd'hui, nous partons à Fort Worth au Texas. C'est la 16ème plus grande ville des Etats-Unis. Située dans le nord du Texas, la ville couvre près de 780 km2 et a une population de 742 000 habitants. C'est la deuxième ville la plus peuplée de l'agglomération de Dallas-Fort Worth. La ville a été fondée en 1849 comme un avant-poste de l'Armée. Aujourd'hui Fort Worth vit toujours avec son héritage de Western et son architecture traditionnelle. Connue sous le nom de "la dernière grande foire au bétail du 20ème siècle", la foire aux bovins de Fort Worth a commencé le 12 Juin 1999. Elle se situait en plein centre-ville dans les parcs à bestiaux historiques, recréant aussi les trajets qu'empruntait le bétail il y a plus de 100 ans.
Today, we're going to Fort Worth in Texas. It is the 16th-largest city in the USA. Located in North Texas, the city covers nearly 300 square miles (780 km2) and has a population of 742,000. The city is the second most populous in the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. The city was established in 1849 as an Army outpost. Today Fort Worth still embraces its Western heritage and traditional architecture and design. Known as "The Last Great Cattle Drive of the 20th Century" the inaugural Fort Worth Cattle Drive began on June 12, 1999 heading from downtown to the Historic Stockyards, recreating the trail drives that came throught Fort Worth over 100 years ago.
